تقسیم‌بندی تصاویر فوندوس شبکیه چشم به کمک یادگیری عمیق

چکیده
تقسیم‌بندی دقیق رگ‌های خونی در تصاویر شبکیه به‌دلیل اهمیت آن در تشخیص زودهنگام بیماری‌های چشمی نظیر رتینوپاتی دیابتی و گلوکوم، از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است. با توجه به چالش‌هایی مانند نویز، کنتراست پایین و عدم تعادل کلاسی در تصاویر شبکیه، تشخیص بیماری‌های چشمی سخت می‌باشد. این پژوهش با هدف توسعه یک روش خودکار و دقیق برای تقسیم‌بندی رگ‌های خونی، یک معماری جدید مبتنی بر U-Net ارائه می‌دهد. در مرحله پیش‌پردازش، از روش بهبود کنتراست CLAHE و تکنیک‌های افزایش داده مانند چرخش و بزرگ‌نمایی برای ارتقای کیفیت تصاویر و غنی‌سازی مجموعه داده استفاده شده است. در U-Net پیشنهادی، با جایگزینی بلوک‌های مرسوم با بلوک‌های توجه کانولوشنی تقویت شده است. این بلوک‌ها با توجه همزمان بر روی ویژگی‌های مکانی و کانالی، به مدل در استخراج مؤثرتر ویژگی‌های مرتبط با رگ‌ها کمک می‌کنند. روش پیشنهادی بر روی دادگان Retina Blood Vessel Segmentation دقت 9523/0 را به دست آورد که نشان‌دهنده برتری عملکرد آن در مقایسه با روش‌های پایه است.
