پیش‌بینی سن مغز مبتنی بر تصاویر fMRI با استفاده از شبکه‌های عصبی‌گرافی و الگوریتم ژنتیک

چکیده
پیش‌بینی سن مغز با استفاده از تصاویر fMRI و شبکه عصبی گرافیکی از رویکردهای پیشرفته در زمینه تحلیل داده‌های تصویربرداری عصبی است. در این روش، ابتدا از تصاویرfMRI برای استخراج ماتریس ارتباطات کارکردی و ساخت گراف مغزی استفاده می‌شود. سپس با بهره‌گیری از شبکه عصبی‌گرافی GCN-SE، ویژگی‌های مربوط به شبکه‌های مختلف مغز و ارتباطات بین آنها استخراج و برای پیش‌بینی سن استفاده می‌گردد. پس از انجام پیش‌بینی اولیه، برای بهبود دقت پیش‌بینی، از تکنیک اصلاح بایاس سن مغز استفاده می‌شود. این مرحله کمک می‌کند تا سوگیری‌ها در پیش‌بینی‌های سن مغزی تصحیح شده و دقت مدل افزایش یابد. در نهایت، برای شناسایی مهم‌ترین شبکه‌های مغز ، از الگوریتم ژنتیک استفاده می‌گردد. این الگوریتم با جستجوی هوشمند در فضای ممکن، بهینه‌ترین زیرمجموعه از شبکه‌هایی که بیشترین تأثیر را بر پیش‌بینی سن دارند، پیدا می‌کند. نتایج این مقاله با میانگین خطای مطلق2.003و 1.261 بر حسب سال به ترتیب برای تصاویر مغزی مربوط به مردان و زنان نشان داد که این رویکرد قادر به ارائه پیش‌بینی‌های دقیق‌تر و شناسایی شبکه‌های کلیدی مغز در فرآیند پیری است.
